First off, we thank you for trying our line and we are so sorry the fragrance didn't work out for you. As mentioned in our Return Policy, we do not allow returns on any product that has been opened or sprayed. We highly recommend that our customers try our sample sets before purchasing to find the perfect scent that is full bottle worthy. 

We understand in some cases that trying the scent beforehand is not an option, and in these cases we definitely want to work with you on finding a good solution.
