My Order Is "Delivered", But I Haven't Received it?Updated 5 months ago

We often see USPS mark packages as "Delivered" a day or two before they actually get delivered. We understand this is frustrating, and believe us when we say it is very frustrating for us as well. Nine times out of ten the package is delivered a day or two later, so we please ask for your patience to wait and see if it gets delivered. During this time we also recommend checking with neighbors to see if they received it by mistake. 

If you do not have your order within 2 business days of it being marked as "Delivered", please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number, and we will work on getting a replacement sent right away!
