My Order Is Lost In Transit?Updated 5 months ago

If you think your order is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and our team will take a look and work on a quick solution. 

Keep in mind that orders usually take 1-2 business days to process, and can take 3-7 business days for shipping. USPS will often mis-scan packages as well which may lead to a lack of shipping updates.

Our policy is to wait 10 business days from when the order is placed and if it has still not arrived at its final destination, we will work on getting a replacement sent.
